How often should I take Motiv Mindful?
Motiv Mindful is designed to be flexible based on individual needs. Take about 30 minutes prior to when you need to experience results the most. If 2 capsules are too much, take 1 capsule, once or twice each day. Or, take 1 or 2 capsules with food. Stress-filled lives may require taking Motiv Mindful a few times each day.
How long does it take to notice the effects?
Most people start feeling the effects within 30 minutes to 1 hour after taking Motiv Mindful.
When is the best time to take Motiv Mindful?
Anytime you need a lift for your mood, focus, or energy. Morning and/or early afternoon are recommended.
Can I open the capsule and put it in water?
You can, but we don’t recommend it unless you are accustomed to potent herbal flavors. The ingredients would taste awful in
water, which is why we have it encapsulated.
How many capsules are in a bottle?
Each bottle of Motiv Mindful contains 60 capsules — a one-month supply if you take two capsules each day.
Where do you produce Motiv Mindful?
Motiv Mindful is manufactured in the U.S.A. in an FDA-approved facility.
Where are your ingredients sourced?
While we manufacture Motiv Mindful in the U.S.A. not all ingredients can be sourced here. Our raw materials may originate in the U.S.A. and across the world. We always follow strict pharmaceutical and/or food grade standards. We are continually updating our source of ingredients to ensure the highest quality ingredients.
Is Motiv Mindful GMP compliant?
Yes. Motiv Mindful is produced in a facility that is certified for Good Manufacturing Processes. Specific quality standards are followed to ensure each product has the right purity, strength, and composition.
Can I take Motiv Mindful if I’m pregnant or nursing?
Motiv Mindful is not recommended during pregnancy or nursing.
Shipping & Orders
When does my order ship?
We ship the next business day from our Scottsdale, Arizona location. If your order is placed on the weekend, it will be shipped Monday morning (excluding holidays). Once shipped, you can expect to receive your order within 1 to 6 days — depending on your location.
How do I know my order shipped?
You will receive an email confirmation notifying you that your order has shipped. This email will also include tracking information. Be sure your email address is correct, and check your spam folder if you haven’t received the information.

What is your return policy?
We stand behind all our products. If you are not happy, we are not happy. Contact us within 60 days of placing your order to receive a full refund for the product purchased.
